Krasnodar, 21 November – Yug Times. The main trophy of the 2018 World Footbal Championship arrived at Kuban.
A symbol of football proficiency will visit Krasnodar and Sochi during its 13 days tour. Krasnodar hosted the cup for six days: it visited the Kuban State University, the Kuban State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, the regional TV company, Kuban and Krasnodar stadiums.
The official presentation ceremony of the cup in the regional center was attended by the repre-sentative of the International Football Federation Lucas Rakhov, the ambassador of the World Footbal Championship Anastasia Myskina and the Krasnodar region Vice Governor Nikolay Doluda.
As mentioned by a FIFA member, the opportunity to see the main trophy of the tournament is very important for young football players — it gives inspiration to win it one day.
After visiting Krasnodar the trophy went to Sochi, where it will stay until November 27.
