Krasnodar, 22 May – Yug Times. Residents of the Krasnodar region are reportedly showing increased interest in new cars. The interest grew by 5.5% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the average price of such cars slightly decreased and now stands at 2.9 million roubles.
According to Avito Avto, the most in-demand brands in April 2025 included LADA (17.8% of interest in new cars), Chery (15.3%), HAVAL (8.4%), Changan (7.2%), and Geely (4.7%). Notably, interest in LADA models tripled compared to April 2024.
"We are seeing consistently high interest in LADA vehicles, which have long established a strong presence in the market. The release of new models, such as the LADA Iskra, which rolled off the assembly line this year, only fuels interest in the brand. In addition to domestic models, Chinese cars are also in high demand in Russia and have already earned recognition among buyers. A wide range of options allows customers to choose a car that best suits their needs," commented Artyom Khomutinnikov, Head of New Car Sales at Avito.
