Krasnodar, 22 April – Yug Times. The Kuban authorities have announced the peculiarities of the upcoming tourist season in Anapa.
The resort city will be open for tourists, all hotels will be receiving guests, and mass events will not be cancelled. At the same time, access to the water will be restricted, about 150 beaches will remain closed – the entire coastline from the tanker crash site to Anapa city. All beaches on the Azov coast will be open. Bathing in Anapa will be possible in the swim ming pools of hotels and health spas. The sea promenade will not be closed.
“To date, the zones in Anapa and Temriuk, 141 beaches in Anapa and 9 beaches in Temriuk do not meet the required indicators on pollution level, sanitary and hygienic standards, and so far they cannot be used for the summer health campaign and for recreation,” said Anna Popova, Head of the Rospotrebnadzor national consumers rights watchdog. “At the same time, the quality of drinking water, the quality of water in the springs, the quality of food and atmospheric air in these zones do meet all requirements. The recreation zones can be used without the use of the beaches and sea water.”
