Krasnodar, 4 April – Yug Times. 62 apartment buildings will be repaired in Sochi by the end of the year.
Repair of residential objects will be carried out with in the framework of the municipal short-term plan of implementation of the regional program of capital repair of the common property of owners of premises in apartment buildings for 2025.
- Last year at the expense of contributions of homeowners repaired 60 apartment buildings, for which more than half a billion rubles were utilized. The list of types of works for each object was agreed upon at the meetings of homeowners. Quality control of the work performed, the materials used and final acceptance will be carried out by activists of Territorial public self-government and the residents themselves, - said the head of Sochi Andrei Proshunin.
By the end of 2025, more than 198 different works will be carried out within the short-term plan. These include replacement of 10 elevators, repair of 154 internal house engineering systems and 25 roofs, renovation of 12 facades of buildings. More than 722 million rubles are envisaged for these purposes.
At present, the contracting organizations have carried out a survey of all apartment buildings under the concluded contracts. Design and estimate works have been completed. Repairs have already started on 26 objects.
