Krasnodar, 26 February – Yug Times. The Startup as a Diploma accelerator programme has reportedly been launched in Krasnodar.
“Over three years, 121 projects from six universities have participated in the Innovative Startup Funnel," said Tatiana Goncharova, Deputy Head of the Krasnodar Region Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity. “During this time, the Kuban teams managed to attract 16 million roubles for the development of start-ups. As a result, 27 teams created their own businesses – they became small and medium-sized enterprises.”
A special feature of this year's new programme is the participation of graduates of the previous streams, who will share their successes and practical advice with the newcomers. They will talk relate how their ideas turned into working businesses and how the accelerator helped them at different stages of their project development. The participants will learn about the funding opportunities and take part in diagnostic sessions with experts to assess the prospects of their projects.
