Krasnodar, 12 July – Yug Times. In Anapa, 21 hotels have been listed as operating illegally.

Seven of them are located in Sukko village, five in Vitiazevo village, eight in the urban part of Anapa, and one in Blagoveshchenskaya village.

Last week, the city authorities took administrative measures to resettle the occupants of the illegally operating La Costa hotel in Dzhemetinsky Drive. Before that, Vice-Mayors Ivan Merzlyi and Olesia Liashenko had visited the hotel. According to the press service of the resort city, by decision of the Arbitration Court taken in 2021, the facility was recognised as an unauthorised structure that posed a threat to human life and health.

"It was erected with violations of the town-planning and fire safety norms. Nevertheless, the owner continues to operate it and rents rooms to tourists,” the press service stated.

Last week the owner was notified that the hotel would be disconnected from communications, and informed about the need to resettle the hotel occupants, but he did not take any measures.
