Krasnodar, 1 December – Yug Times. The interim results of the work on infrastructure development in Adyghea were reviewed last week in Maikop.
The list of the most difficult issues to deal with included elimination of the scarcity of energy capacities, renewal of the road network, and improvement of gas, water and electricity supply.
It was noted that investments in the modernisation of the energy infrastructure will amount to 5.5 billion roubles. The reconstruction of nine substations will be completed by the end of the year. At the same time, the development of alternative types of energy is underway in Adyghea. The level of natural gas supply is estimated at 95.4%. Against the background of growing housing construction, Gazprom is building two new gas distribution stations, Novy Sad and Industrial Park, with high-pressure gas pipelines. The social gas supply initiative provides serious additional opportunities. The steps taken to improve the gas supply system will allow to increase its coverage to 96.65% by the end of 2025.
