Krasnodar, 10 October – Yug Times. Last week, Anapa played host to a field conference on the development of tourist investment projects of national significance.
It was held by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitri Chernyshenko. He referred to the task of forming national year-round seaside resorts, which will provide an annual tourist flow of at least 10 million people by 2035. Mr. Chernyshenko noted that the Krasnodar region, together with Tourism. RF Corporation, implements four integrated investment projects: Abrau-Durso, Turiev Khutor, Vysokiy Mys, and New Anapa, an anchor national project.
“New Anapa Resort should become a catalyst for positive changes in the industry and be focused on family spa and recreation. Over the year, the work plan has been formed and the roadmap approved, and now the architectural and town-planning solutions and the master plan for the future resort are being developed,” said Dmitri Chernyshenko.
Speaking at the conference, Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev noted that resort areas can be developed only together with the construction of the required social infrastructure.
The region needs appropriate high-quality and modern infrastructure. It includes the transport component, energy and water supply, construction of treatment facilities, and bank stabilisation facilities.
