Krasnodar, 6 June – Yug Times. Last week, Governor of Krasnodar Region Veniamin Kondratiev had a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan Davlatshoh Gulmakhmadzoda to discuss cooperation issues.
“The trade turnover between the Krasnodar region and Tajikistan is showing good dynamics.
Our region is interested in supplying quality Kuban products to the Tajikistani market.
We need to intensify this process, give entrepreneurs a starting point, and together build up mutually beneficial cooperation. It is also important to develop our cultural and humanitarian ties, education and healthcare sectors, and to share the best practices,” said Veniamin Kondratiev.
Ambassador Davlatshoh Gulmakhmadzoda said his country is trying to find things in common with Russia on all issues.
“We have already signed over 300 intergovernmental and interdepartmental cooperation agreements, and in the future we would like to see similar agreements signed between the regions,” he stressed.
