Krasnodar, 25 May. Last week, a regular meeting with families with many children that received land plots was held in Krasnodar. What was at issue was the land assigned in Lazurny, Starokorsunskaya, Kopanskoi and Novy, where infrastructure is lacking.
The water supply networks in Lazurny were built in 2020. At present, they are being transferred to the books of Krasnodar Vodokanal, and then installation requests will be admitted. As for the electric power supply, the network is ready and the new users are being connected to it as soon as new applications are submitted. By now, 20 contracts have been concluded. The construction of natural gas network has also been completed. Applications for connection to service under the social gas supply program will be admitted soon.
In Starokorsunskaya, the water supply network has been installed and transferred for the account of Krasnodar Vodokanal. The construction of the gas network is to begin in summer. The projects have already been prepared. The connection of the new customers under the social gas supply program will begin in the end of 2024. заключено 3 договора.
At present, the authorities are working on the easements. All required permits are to be obtained in the near future, and the networks are to be laid by the end of 2024.
It was mentioned that the situation with the road infrastructure looks critical in all settlements – all projects developed in 2015 have become obsolete.
