Krasnodar, 28 April – Yug Times. Our today’s interviewee is Valeri Sereda, Director of the Multifunctional Centre of Krasnodar Krai.
Q.: How has the Multifunctional Centres’ network expanded in our region lately?
A.: It expands every year and continuously. For instance, on March 18, 2022 we opened the Entrepreneur Service Centre which gives advice and renders services to beginning as well as experienced businesspersons. Another important event for us and for local inhabitants was the opening of the My Documents Centre in Anapskaya, because the permanently growing population and active tourist flow needed a modern and comfortable additional office.
Q.: How popular is the Fan’s Card service at your Centres?
A.: The Multifunctional Centres have been issuing Fan Cards since July 4, 2022. To date, over 78,000 local residents and visitors have applied for such card. Naturally, most of the applications come from the cities with stadiums – Krasnodar and Sochi. The Fan’s Card can be obtained either by submitting an application with a photo to the dashboard on the gosuslugi.ru website and then personally visiting a Multifunctional Centre with the passport for identification, or by going through the entire application cycle at the Multifunctional Centre. Besides, before competitions temporary Multifunctional Centre’s branches work in the stadiums, where our specialists help issue the Fan’s Card.
Q.: What are the most popular services?
A.: For a number of years, the most popular services are those provided by Rosreyestr [Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography]: cadastral registration of realty, registration of real property title, and excerpts from the Unified State Register of Real Property – since January 1, 2023 we have had over 340,000 applications of the kind.
The second most popular group of services is that provided by Internal Offices: issuance and replacement of passports, personal registration of citizens, and issuance of police clearance certificates. Since the beginning of the year, we have registered over 106,000 such applications.
Q.: Will the Multifunctional Centres be opened in vacant premises available in malls?
A.: In big cities – Krasnodar, Sochi and Novorossiysk – we have been actively placing our offices in places with the highest passability. Say, six of the eight My Documents offices in Krasnodar are opened in malls. Naturally, such locations are convenient for applicants, where the customers can spend their time and receive the required document. I would like to note here our flagship Multifunctional Centre located on the first floor of Megamoll that works seven days a week without lunch breaks.
