Krasnodar, 19 April – Yug Times. In the Krasnodar region, 224 apartment buildings have been repaired this year; 392 buildings are undergoing repair works. The contractors have mended 201 roofs, 58 façades, and 89 inside-the-house engineering systems. Most of the blocks needed several types of work at once.
“Presently, the work speed is nearly four times faster than in the same period of last year. <…> Altogether, we plan to repair over a thousand blocks of flats this year,” announced Vice Governor Andrei Proshunin. The short-term repair plan has been fully fulfilled in nine municipalities, including Vyselki, Kurganinsk, Pavlovsky and Shcherbinovsky Rayons.
Currently, the Capital Repairs Fund is developing the lists of apartment buildings to be repaired in 2024. The flat owners will have to consider the proposals within three months, whereupon the municipalities will draw the final list of facilities to be repaired next year.
