Krasnodar, 7 April – Yug Times. Audits of land parcels with earlier disclosed violations are reportedly nearing completion in Apsheronsk Rayon.
The work was discussed at the meeting of the Interdepartmental workgroup on observance of urban-planning legislation chaired over by Vice Governor Roman Luzinov. The meeting was attended by chief executive officers of regional departments, Apsheronsk municipal workers, public activists and environmentalists.
“To date, we have audited 95% of the territories where violations of urban-planning and land law were revealed by the Interdepartmental workgroup. It is important to complete the analysis of the revealed violations and develop the plan of actions for every such violation, in order to stop haphazard construction activities,” Roman Luzinov said. He noted that specialists had filed about 100 lawsuits to rectify the violations.
