Krasnodar, 1 April. Five hundred and fifty young men are to be mobilized from Adyghea in the framework of the spring conscription. Efficiency of the draft campaign was discussed at the meeting held last week in Maikop.
Military Commissar Aleksandr Averin reported that in 2022 over 2,300 call-up age men were summoned to sessions of the municipal commissions. At the same time, over 18% citizens subject to conscription had not been notified, mostly in Giaginsky, Koshekhabl, Takhtamukai and Teuchezhsky Rayons and in the city of Adygheisk. In total, over 400 conscripts from Adyghea were drafted to the Russian Army in the autumn of 2022. The regional leader Murat Kumpilov demanded from the organizers of the draft campaign to fully fulfil the plans, achieve due notification of potential draftees, and ensure the search of citizens evading military conscription. Special attention must be paid to long-term searches – at the moment, there are 39 persons on the list.
