Krasnodar, 24 March. Reconstruction of Pobedy Boulevard is planned in Maikop, said Lev Karakian, Deputy Minister of Construction, Transport, Housing, Utilities and Road Services of the Republic of Adyghea.
Tentatively, the works have been scheduled for 2023–2024. Mr. Karakian said that the design specifications and estimates of the landscaping works in the Cheriomushki Neighbourhood have already been developed, and they will soon be submitted for state expert examination. After that, the sources for financing of the project will be determined.
According to Lev Karakian, the plans for the near future include repair of the pavements, installation of street lighting, and construction of socially important facilities in all municipalities. As for Maikop residents, reconstruction of the big and the small swimming pools in the Central Park is an important issue. “Currently we are developing the application documents, to receive the infrastructural credit from the federal budget to pay for the refurbishment of the swimming pools,” Deputy Minister stated.
