Since 2018, the work on the construction and renovation of facilities has been carried out by the Krasnodar Reservoir branch of the Center for Regional Water Resources of the Federal Water Resources Agency. Rosvodresursy allocated 466 million rubles for the relevant activities.
The press service of Rosvodresursov reported: “Reconstruction and improvement of the technical condition of the facilities of the Krasnodar reservoir in the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Republic of Adygea made it possible to lower the groundwater level to the design parameters, thereby significantly improving the hydrogeological situation in the village of Khatukai” In addition, the specialists restored the capacity of the drainage channels, and also provided the facility with a monitoring system that can be used to monitor groundwater levels in the Hatukai valley and evaluate the effectiveness of the drainage channels.
