Krasnodar, 17 January. The entrances of the house in Yeysk, which were damaged after the plane crash, will be rebuilt until November 1, 2023.
Such a term was indicated on the Direct Line of Governor Veniamin Kondratiev. Deputy head of the region Sergei Vlasov reported that the restoration work was divided into two stages. The first included the dismantling of emergency structures, which has already been completed. Currently, workers are taking out construction debris. In February, they plan to move on to the second stage - the construction of entrances and apartments in their own layouts at the time of the emergency.
Veniamin Kondratiev addressed the deputy: “There is no doubt that the house will be renovated and will be just as strong and warm. The only question is timing. In February, you start construction, by November 1, you must hand over the apartments.”
Sergei Vlasov explained that the apartments would be handed over in a pre-finishing finish, while residents would be paid compensation for repairs - at least 10 thousand rubles per 1 sq. km. meter of housing.
