Krasnodar, 27 December. A special structure in charge of youth policy will be formed in Adyghea, the regional leader Murat Kumpilov said. He noted that this has become a priority direction of the state’s domestic policy. It is important to use a systemic approach to solution of important issues of youth policy, change the very essence of the work with young people, use new formats, attract the youth with knowledge, bring them up on best patriotic examples, and train new teaching staff, he added.
“Until recently, it was the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Adyghea which was in charge of implementation of state youth policy in the region. But now an independent authority has been formed to make the work in this direction more efficient,” Murat Kumpilov said.
At present, youth policy in Adyghea develops in several directions: volunteering, military and patriotic upbringing, support of young families, youth entrepreneurship, support of gifted young people, and propaganda of the healthy way of life.
