The total amount of budget revenues in 2023 should amount to 25 billion roubles, backed with 38 billion added as subventions and subsidies. “Of late, we have been experiencing a colossal upsurge of revenues,” Krasnodar Mayor Yevgeni Naumov stated. “In 2004, the city’s budget revenues were eight to eight and a half billion roubles; now the figure is 25 billion.”Personal income tax will become the major source of budget receipts – it will bring nearly ten billion roubles. Besides, the regional budget will assign 10.4 billion roubles as subsidies to open new seats at schools. The money will be spent to complete the construction of seven schools, purchase three new schools built by investors, and refurnish the new schools. Also, 4.8 billion roubles from the regional subsidies will be used to construct schools, kindergartens, and sports and recreation centres.
