Krasnodar, 6 December. During the New Year and Christmas holidays, Sochi plans to receive about 200,000 tourists.
In the Sochi mountain cluster, about 150 accommodation facilities will receive tourists in the winter season. According to the experience of past years, every third guest of Sochi will have a rest in the ski cluster. The number of buses in the Krasnopoliansk direction was increased to 67 units. Also, in the direction of the mountain resort of Sochi, additional railway flights were launched, which will connect the Imeretinsky resort, Rosa Khutor and Esto Sadok.
Mountain resorts are actively preparing for the New Year’s influx of guests. At the Rosa Khutor resort, a 5.7 km long carrier-traction rope was replaced on the Olympia lift. For lovers of skiing and snowboarding, 52 ski slopes of all difficulty levels, two snow parks and training slopes will be prepared. In the new season, some sections of the ski slopes on the northern slope of the Aibga ridge will be expanded.
