Krasnodar, 17 November. The total sum of the project in Sochi’s investment portfolio has reached two trillion roubles, the city administration announced.
Currently the local Department of Investments and Development of Small and Midsize Businesses is supervising 44 investment projects to the total amount of about 400 billion roubles.
“The bulk of these projects will be realised in the spa, resort and tourist industries, including the construction of up-to-date hotels and restoration of historical spa hotels in Sochi,” the city administration noted.
On the whole, the city’s investment portfolio includes over 140 projects to the total sum of about two trillion roubles. It is not only private but also budgetary money, including the programme of the city’s integrated development and national projects, and investments of various companies aimed at their development.
