Krasnodar, 11 November. The Krasnodar Region has recently presented the National Wine Route developed and approved as part of the national project “Tourism and hospitality industry.”
The route called “Wine Roads of Krasnodar Krai” includes more than 200 tourist destinations: hotels, agritourist and winemaking facilities, signature cuisine restaurants and ancient history locations. The project offers tours with overnight staying, meals and visiting wine tourism destinations from two to seven days long. Meanwhile, the regional Ministry for Resorts organised a familiarisation tour of National Wine Route destinations for tourist operators from five Russian regions. They were presented a special programme with visits to wineries, wine tastings and excursions.
A number of wineries have also developed special children’s programs enabling families with underage children to visit them.
