Krasnodar, 3 November. Dmitri Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister on Digital Economy, has reportedly ordered to organise transport communication between the resorts of Lagonaki, Sochi and Arkhyz. The motor road will be laid between Sochi’s mountain cluster and Lagonaki, Adyghea, while a railroad will be constructed between Sochi and Arkhyz, Karachai-Cherkessia. 

“Two new alpine skiing resorts will open in the framework of the national project, “Tourism and hospitality industry.” 

The year-round eco-resort Lagonaki in Adyghea and the yearround alpine and spa resort Vasta Valley in Krasnodar Krai, as the expansion of the existing Rosa Khutor resort, will be joined with a direct motor road which will open up the opportunities for accelerated development of tourism in South Russia, Mr. Chernyshenko said.
