Krasnodar, 3 November. A session of the interdepartmental commission held on Tuesday, October 31 in Tuapse, took a decision to prolong the observance of the town-planning laws for at least two weeks.
“The check has revealed numerous violations of the town-planning and land laws. The main ones were chaotic construction activity, deforestation, and scarcity of social infrastructure.
Vice Governor Yevgeni Naumov reported that the regional Ministry of Natural Resources revealed violations when checking nearly 4,000 land plots if they had been correctly included within the boundaries of settlements.
The Departments for Architecture and Property Relations analysed 700 land plots, and also revealed numerous violations. “The construction permits for hotels and blocks of flats disregarded the required number of parking spaces and landscape gardening,” he said.
Acting Minister of Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage Mikhail Zaritsky reported that specialists of his Ministry had registered violations in the work of the beaches, and placement of illegal trading outlets there.ship.
