Krasnodar, 1 November. The KSK Terminal in Novorossiysk will reportedly become involved in the shipment of cereal crops to China. The Chief Customs Administration of the People’s Republic of China has approved the list of Russian companies that plan to supply wheat, burley, soya, maize, rice and rapeseed to their country. The Novorossiysk company was also put on the list. This fact was announced after the negotiations held between the Russian Agricultural Supervision Agency and China’s Chief Customs Administration. “Of course, we are happy that our investment solutions and compliance with all approved phytosanitary requirements have let the terminal enter this list of elevator companies,” commented Aleksandr Trukhanovich, KSK General Director.
“The inclusion of our company on the list of grain elevators really is something to be proud of.” The export of the said cereal crops from Russian regions has become possible following the signing of agreements to protocols to wheat and barley.
