Krasnodar, 1 November. A new support measure for import substituting facilities has reportedly been launched in the Krasnodar Region.
The local industrial enterprises will be reimbursed for 30%of their expenses for the establishment of new and expansion of existing lines of import substituting products. The total amount of money allocated for this purpose exceeds one billion roubles.
“The manufacturer will be able to get up to 300 million roubles to launch one project. To have this new support measure implemented, 1.4 billion roubles have been allocated for the period of three years. Such stimulating mechanism is unprecedented for our country; it was included into the plan of ensuring stable economic development and social stability in the region,” Governor Veniamin Kondratiev said. He noted that first of all the money will be granted to manufacturers of radio electronics and their components, agricultural machines and equipment, medicines, medical and other products superseding foreign-made goods. The companies will be able to spend this money to purchase patents, equipment, and special vehicles.
