Krasnodar, 6 October. Two buildings of the Parusnaya Regata Residential Complex were reportedly put into operation in Krasnodar last week. The permit was issued by the Department for Architecture and City Planning. The total residential area of the two blocks exceeds 21,000 sq m. As a result, 952 persons will get their flats, said Konstantin Timofeyev, General Manager of the Regions Development Fund. Vice Governor Yevgeni Naumov noted that the regional authorities have built up tight cooperation with the federal fund.
“With the help of the mechanisms provided by the Regions Development Fund, 52 long-delayed construction sites will be either completed or compensated for. A lot of money is being allocated from the regional budget, which let us invite federal funding. Since 2019, we have invested 2.5 billion roubles; 1.2 billion have been provided as contribution for the year 2023. The total amount to be spent to complete the constructions and pay compensations, taken together with the federal money, has approximated 18 billion roubles,” Yevgeni Naumov informed.
