Krasnodar, 30 September. In the Republic of Adyghea, 20.3 million roubles have reportedly been additionally assigned for social contracts. The additional money is being assigned due to the 10% indexation of the minimum subsistence rate since June 1, 2022, and the increase of one-time monetary welfares to be paid under social contracts on such activities as “Conduct of individual entrepreneurship” and “Holding personal subsidiary plot.” Bearing in mind the earlier assigned money, the total volume of federal co-financing of the region’s expenditures for governmental support of persons based on social contracts will now exceed 100 million roubles.
“A social contract is an effectual and well sought-after state support measure provided to vulnerable categories of citizens. It gives them a possibility to be involved in their favourite occupation and make a living by it. The additional federal financing allows the region to fully fulfil its obligations and increase the amount of payments that makes this kind of social aid even more efficient,” the Adyghean Head Murat Kumpilov commented.
