Krasnodar, 26 July. Active urban-planning law compliance audits will be performed in Tuapse.
The decision was taken after the visit of the Governor Veniamin Kondratiev who inspected the residential neighbourhood in Olginka and Kadosh Cape and stated multiple urban-planning and environmental non-compliances.
He was quoted as saying that about a dozen cases of illegitimate construction activity were revealed during the past year in the territory of Dzhbuga Forestry, mentioned cases of including lands of the state forestry into the boundaries of settlement and transferring them to other use categories. Over 1,300 state forestry parcels fully or partially cross with the lands of other categories. Buildings have already been built up on nearly 500 of them. For instance, in Nebug agricultural lands of the total area of 60 hectares were included into the boundaries of the settlement for subsequent putting of residential buildings there. According to the regional Department for Architecture and Urban Planning, 31 construction permits have been issued with violations since 2020. The reviewed construction projects neglected the need to provide residents with social infrastructure, children’s playgrounds and parking space.
