Krasnodar, 7 July. The Krasnodar City Hall has reportedly leased a land parcel at a privileged interest rate to the first large-scale investment project.
The first land lease agreement at the rate of 0.1% of its cadastral value was signed with Karat LLC. The municipality offers such support measure to large-scale investment projects. A special regional commission assigned this status to the construction project of Progress Logistics Complex.
The investors may get use of the privileged land lease in Krasnodar City to fulfil their projects that have been acknowledged as large-scale at the regional level. The regional support means fulfilment of suchlike projects without biddings. These advantages will help the investors launch their business much quicker and at better terms.
According to the first agreement, the investor Karat LLC will be leasing for ten years a 5.9-hectare municipal land parcel located at Karel Husník Street in Berezovy Neighbourhood.
