Krasnodar, 5 July. More schools and kindergartens will reportedly be built in Krasnodar according to the new urban planning standards.
The document that stipulated for such changes was adopted at a session of the Krasnodar City Duma last week.
Now the number of seats in schools and kindergartens will be calculated based on actual official data of the population size published by the Federal Statistical Agency.
While building new residential neighbourhoods, the total site area will be divided by 22 square metres, which will be the coefficient to help design more social facilities – schools and kindergartens. Besides, the standards for the sizes of land parcels under schools and kindergartens have been changed – now the constructor should take 44 square metres per child (compared with 40 square metres before). According to the new parameters, the area of schools, lyceums and gymnasia will also grow approximately by five square metres per student. Besides, the index used for developing the projects of outpatients’ and ambulant clinics and dispensaries has changed from 18.15 visits per shift per 1,000 patients up to 35 visits per 1,000 patients.
