Krasnodar, 29 June. Since the beginning of 2002, the rights of deceived co-owners of 53 high-rises have been restored in the Krasnodar region.
The Kuban governor discussed the problem of prolonged construction projects with Head of the regional Investigative Department Andrei Maslov, First Deputy Prosecutor Pavel Gvozdev, Vice Governor Yevgeni Naumov, and heads of respective authorities and municipalities. The deceived co-owners were also invited to take part in the meeting.
To date, the ‘roadmap’ still includes 150 challenging projects, of which 71 will be completed by the end of this year.
Veniamin Kondratiev added that 2.5 billion roubles have been allocated from the regional budget to help resolve the flatowners’ problems in 2022 and 2023. In May, a special compensation mechanism was legalized for those co-owners who cannot apply for the financial help from the federal Fund.
In Novorossiysk, the residential complexes Orion-2 and Orion-3 for 154 flats are to be commissioned by the end of this year. Besides, NR-Stroi plans to get involved with the uncompleted projects of Kubanzhilstroi Company by October 10. Besides, by the end of this summer two buildings of Krasin Residential Complex are to be completed in the city.
