Krasnodar, 17 June. The issues of construction of medical facilities and preparation to the new school year were discussed at the meeting with municipal heads chaired over by Vice Governor Anna Minkova.
The plans for this year include the construction of 11 rural health posts and 18 general practitioner’s offices, commencement of construction of five children’s and three adult outpatient clinics, and capital overhaul of six health centres. The total amount of money assigned for the construction and capital repairs of medical facilities approximates 3.5 billion roubles. Minister of Public Health Yevgeni Filippov mentioned the diagnostic centre of the regional children’s hospital in Krasnodar as an example of such construction projects. The commissioning of educational facilities will start from July 18 and last until August 19. By then, all repair and landscaping works at schools will have to be completed, and their security system fully put into operation.
