Krasnodar, 8 June. By the end of this year, eighteen general practitioner offices will reportedly be built in Krasnodar krai.
According to Anna Minkova, Vice Governor in charge of social issues, the new buildings will be constructed as part of the governmental program “Development of public health care” in 13 municipalities of the Krasnodar region.
Anna Minkova added that in the context of the program “Upgrading of primary care setting” of the national project “Public health care,” seven rural medical and obstetric posts were built in 2021 in remote villages of Brukhovetsky, Korenovsk, Kushchevsky, Mostovskoi, Labinsk rayons and the city of Anapa.
“By 2025, we plan to erect 36 medical and obstetric posts which will provide accessibility of high-quality medical aid for the population regardless place of residence,” Ms. Minkova stated.
Besides, in 2022 a number of medical facilities in six Kuban municipalities will undergo capital repairs. The works have begun in Korenovsk, Abinsk, Ust-Labinsk, Krasnoarmeisky, Dinskoi and Leningradsky ratons. Last year, ten medical facilities in different municipalities of the Kuban region underwent thorough repairs.
