Krasnodar, 8 April. Last week, Krasnodar played host to a conference devoted to the support of entrepreneurship in the region.
Under the current sanctions, the business sector is especially keen to look for support measures. The number of applications has risen exponentially – to about 1,200 in March versus 450 in February.
“We can see growing interest to our Fund’s products: the number of guarantee vouchers issued during the first quarter of 2022 grew nearly by 40% to 50 guarantees to the total amount of 356.8 million roubles. It made it possible to attract credits to the total sum of 785 million roubles,” Vice Governor Aleksandr Ruppel said.
At present, the limit of a guarantee voucher has been raised to 60 million roubles per entity, while the remuneration rate has been lowered down to 0.5% of the guarantee’s sum. For processing industries, the rate is even lower – 0.25%. The maximum share of the guarantee has been increased to 80% – it means that the share of the borrower’s own pawn now can be only 20% of the credit total, and the Industry Support Fund will cover the rest of the sum. The Fund may even act as security for a loan of maximum 10 million roubles. In that case, up to 50% of the credit can be covered with the guarantee voucher.
