A New understanding of the area

Krasnodar, 9 March. Comprehensive planning projects will be developed for Kuban’s industrial zones. 

They will allow for a comfortable development of the territories in accordance with the needs of the enterprises. One amongst the Krasnodar industrial zones will become a pilot site. 

- The fi rst thing to do is to make an inventory of the enterprises that are located there, to understand their investment plans, their needs in communications, and to prepare a redevelopment project. This will be the fi rst in the history of the region project of complex development of industrial territory. Such an algorithm will be used in the future in all industrial areas of the region, - said Deputy Governor Alexander Ruppel. 

Particular attention was paid to the issue of transport accessibility of the industrial area. Now there is a single entrance-exit to the city - the railway crossing on Novorossiyskaya Street. This year we have started the design of reconstruction of Simferopolskaya Street. This will allow public transport to run in the industrial area.
