Krasnodar, 22 February. Krasnodar Krai is getting prepared for the upcoming resort season.
Last week, Vice Governor Aleksandr Ruppel approved the roadmap listing the activities aimed at preparation of the beaches and resort infrastructure for the summer season, ensuring safety and increasing the level of services. In addition to that, officials of the regional Ministry of Tourism are being engaged in field trips to the Kuban resorts. By now, they have reportedly finished the inspection of Tuapse Rayon.
Following the results of the two-day inspection, Acting Minister of Resorts, Tourism and Olympic Heritage Maria Zolotukhina held a meeting to discuss the level of preparation of the beaches, safety arrangements at water facilities, and regulation of sales activities, placement of temporary trading outlets and legalization of the hotel business. The meeting was attended by regional power officials and local executives of the federal government bodies.
“By 15 April, all beaches must be upgraded and brought to the required sanitary condition,” Maria Zolotukhina noted.
