Krasnodar, 22 December. At a recent conference devoted to the problems of deceived co-owners of long-delayed residential projects, one of them, “Mir” that is being built in Krasnodar, will be completed by the end of 2023.
The conference was chaired by Kuban Governor Veniamin Kondratiev and Regional Prosecutor Sergei Tabelsky.
Last September, the land plot and the constructor’s liabilities were handed over to the regional Fund for Protection of Equity Holders’ Rights which signed a contract with the new contractor – the Regional Construction Company JSC, which is to begin the preparatory works in December 2021.
“At the end of February 2022, the documents required to resume the construction activities must be ready. Then the construction works will resume. The project is to be completed in December 2023,” Acting Director of the Krasnodar Department of Construction Aleksandr Madovsky reported.
The Mir Residential Complex is one of the biggest unfinished construction projects in the region. It consists of eight sixteen-storeyed blocks of the total residential area of 43,500 sq m. Over a thousand persons were officially acknowledged deceived co-owners of the project.
