Krasnodar, 15 December. The draft of the law on the regional budget for 2022 and the planning period of 2023 and 2024 has been approved on second reading at the regional Legislative Assembly.
Taking into account amendments, the profitable part of the treasury in 2022 will make about 343 billion rubles. In 2023 and 2024, revenues are due to increase by 9.5 billion rubles and 16.9 billion rubles, respectively. Such increase is provided at the expense of federal funds, planned in particular, in the form of inter-budgetary transfers and infrastructural credit.
In his comments, Yuri Burlachko, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory, named the priorities in compiling the region’s main financial document, thereby noting that the key is still the financial provision of healthcare. The construction of new ones and the reconstruction of the already operating medical institutions will be continued, in addition, purchase of new equipment will be provided so as the provision of medicines. Another significant development, according to Yuri Burlachko, is a new state program called “Development of the Public Infrastructure” which was approved by the parliamentarians at the October session, for a total amount of financing of 17,3 billion rubles. Next year 9.6 billion rubles will be allocated for the development of agriculture, which is 14% more than this year.
