Krasnodar, 8 December. Krasnodar was confirmed as a “RuA” level creditworthiness rating city. This was the conclusion reached by the analysts of the “Expert RA” agency.
This means that the credit risk for investors in the city is minimal and debt obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner.
When compiling the rating analysis, the experts used data from the financial and economic compartment of the administration, the Federal State Statistics Service, the Ministry of Economic Development, Finance, as well as data from the agency “Expert RA” database itself.
In spring this year Krasnodar authorities reduced the amount of obligations by 1.1 billion rubles, and also refinanced the debt portfolio. Thus, today total budget revenues of regional capital city amount to more than 41 billion rubles, costs - 46.4 billion, and the deficit is of 4.7 billion.
In summer, the agency recognized the credit rating of Krasnodar on the national scale at “RuA” with a stable outlook.
