Krasnodar, 6 October. According to the regional plans, 263 lifts in 89 apartment blocks should be replaced in Krasnodar krai this year. The Overhaul Fund has reportedly allocated about 660 million roubles for this purpose. By now, the programme has been fulfilled by more than 50%.
The specialists have installed 150 new lifts, with 47 being erected at the moment. The lifts at issue will be installed in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar, Anapa and Gelendzhik. As for Sochi, Belorechensk and Kavkazsky rayon, they have already fulfilled the replacement plan for this year.
“Lift replacement works demonstrate how efficient the regional overhaul programme is. It would have been hard to resolve the issue of replacement of such sophisticated and expensive housing equipment as lifts without using this programme,” Mikhail Lysenko, General Director of the Krasnodar regional Overhaul Fund, stressed.
The average deadline for replacement works is 45 to 90 calendar days, counting from the date of withdrawal from use. In total, over 2,000 lifts have been replaced in 771 blocks since 2014 when the regional programme began. The total amount of the works have approximated to 4 billion roubles.
