Krasnodar, 24 September. The boundaries of the area of seven local architectural monuments have reportedly been officially approved in Krasnodar.
The experts studied literary sources and archives, analyzed the development history of these area and the current urban-planning situation.ъ The boundaries were defined for the two-storey house of Counselor-at-Law V. Serbin at Kommunarov Street, the single-storey art nouveau mansion at Komsomolskaya Street, Akulov’s revenue house at Krasnaya Street, and for two residential houses at Kommunarov Street. Apart from that, two houses at Pushkin Street were put on the list: the residential house with an interesting art nouveau façade built in the 1930s, and the small eclectic mansion that used to be owned by Notary Public Yalovoi. All these landmarked buildings are located in the southern part of the city’s historic centre. They all were built at the beginning of the 20th century and since then have mostly preserved their initial appointment
