Krasnodar, 12 Мау. Last week, players of the realty market were invited to the Sochi City Hall to discuss issues of mutually profitable cooperation and information support to ensure maximum comfort of local dwellers and of those who decided to relocate to Sochi.
The Mayor’s Office’s press service announced that the city authorities are warning local constructors about the necessity to work within the legal framework.
“We regularly monitor websites placing realty sales ads and pick out those which offer legally dubious realty,” the press service announced.
According to Acting First Deputy Mayor Aleksandr Sviridenko, the Department of Municipal Land Control had sent letters to supervisory and law enforcement agencies asking them to block the sales of housing realty placed on more than 1,200 websites.
Now there are over 240 real estate agencies working in the city; 12 large companies are members of the Sochi Realtors Guild. This association developed a draft register of professional market players titled “Realtors of Sochi.” It is needed to bring the local realty market to order, improve the quality of realtor services, and bring out of the shadows private brokers.
