Social Infrastructure for New Tower Blocksl

Krasnodar, 9 April. The development projects of three residential complexes under construction have reportedly been corrected in Krasnodar. 

As a result, the Dykhanie Residential Complex will accelerate the completion deadline for a 1,550-seat school: the new deadline is 2023 instead of 2025. Within the campus, a land parcel for the construction of a 250-seat kindergarten has been allocated. It is also to be completed by the end of 2023. In addition to that, the developer will purchase a five-hectare parcel next to the Residential Complex to construct there three 350-seat kindergartens. They will be built simultaneously with all residential towers – in 2027.

In Lubimovo Residential Complex, whose initial project had provided for the construction o 21 tower blocks, eight construction permits were called off. As for the other buildings, they are pending correction of the project documents. 

In Skazka Grad Residential Complex at Machuga Street, the developer committed itself to find for the land parcels for social facilities which had not been envisaged by the initial project. Initially, the construction of nine blocks for 7,500 residents had been planned there.
