Krasnodar, 3 February. Land parcels adjacent to residential high-rises will reportedly be with- drawn from their owners in Krasnodar.
It will be done to build the new roads in Muzykalny Neighbourhood, notorious for its infrastructural problems.
What is at issue is the land parcels abutting 55 blocks of flats. By now, only three landlords after year-long negotiations have agreed to assign their ownership rights to the municipality. As for the other land plots, the municipality will initiate the withdrawal procedure.
Besides, 25 non-demarcated land plots have been granted for unlimited use to the city Department of Transport and Road Facilities. There are two possible solutions with regard to other six land plots: either to change their intended use, or to dissolve the lease contracts.
The municipality is also working on withdrawing 24 land plots owned by physical persons.
The last 55 land plots are currently co-owned by the dwellers of the high-rises. In many houses, general meetings of the owners have never been summoned, because most of the flats are rented, while the landlords live in other regions.
