On the Lookout for Law and Order

Krasnodar, 28 January. In 2020, the Kuban police had reportedly solved over 30,800 crimes, Police Lieutenant General Vladimir Andreyev, Head of the Chief Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Krasnodar region, announced during a session of the Board of the Administration. 

The meeting was attended by the Legislative Assembly Chairman Yuri Burlachko, and First Vice Governor Andrei Alekseyenko. 

Mr. Andreyev noted that the number of armed assaults, robberies, thefts, and crimes against people’s lives and health had decreased. 

On behalf of the governor, Mr. Alekseyenko thanked the police officers for their service. He stressed that the pandemic had corrected the work of all power branches, including the police – but the Kuban police officers did manage to cope with all tasks. 

Speaking during the session, Mr. Burlachko said that the police had ensured law and order during the national voting for the amendments to the Constitution and local election campaign.
