Krasnodar, 26 November. The property of the Novopokrovsky Bank has been sold by auction for 51 million roubles, the Russian Auction House, the organizer of the auction, announced in the Unified Federal Register of Bankruptcy Information.

The biggest lots of the bidding were the nonresidential building and well-furnished 675 sq m land parcel in Kostroma, as well as the signboard, advertising tower, CCTV and fire control systems – altogether costing 45 million roubles. 

The property was bought by a private entrepreneur from Kostroma oblast. 

Another nonresidential building of the area of 335 sq m in Pushkin, Moscow oblast was sold for 6.3 million roubles by a resident of Udmurtia. 

The company’s computer hardware was sold to an entrepreneur from Krasnodar for 12,000 roubles. 

The price of the initial bidding held last October had reportedly been 70 million rouble
