Krasnodar, 13 November. Twenty-one self-contained health posts have recently been opened in rural localities of the Kuban region. One of the latest posts was opened in Pervomaisky village, Pavlovsky rayon. According to the regional administration’s press service, the 100 sq m building was connected to all facilities and furnished with furniture. The cost of the health cost was 2.6 million roubles, with 200,000 roubles spent to buy the equipment.
Pervomaisky is one of the remotest rural communities in Pavlovsky rayon, located in more than 200 km from the district centre. Its population is around 400.
By using savings under other budget items, it was decided to arrange 33 rural health posts rather than 26 as it had been planned initially.
By the end of the year, 12 posts are to be commissioned in ten rayons – two each in Kurganinsk and Kushchevsky rayons, and one each in Brukhovetsky, Yeisk, Tikhoretsk, Novopokrovsky, Uspensky, Ust-Labinsk rayons, and the cities of Sochi and Armavir.
