Krasnodar, 11 November. Daily numbers of coronavirus infections are continually growing in Krasnodar krai – from 140 cases last Saturday to 143 on Sunday and 144 on Monday. Daily numbers of deaths are also growing – on Saturday 7 patients died, on Sunday – 5, and on Monday – 6.
The requirements to observe the face mask policy are strengthening as well. Last weekend, officials from the regional and Krasnodar city administrations and Health and Consumer Rights Agency, and police officers performed inspections of a number of trade outlets. The main violations detected during the inspections were absence of respiratory protection devices, working after midnight, catering services at malls, and hookah services.
“The control over the observance of restrictions and requirements established during the pandemic will not get weaker. The inspections will be going on,” Roman Kurinny, Head of the regional Department of Consumer Sphere, stressed.
In case of a repeated violation, the owners may get subject to a million-rouble-worth penalty, or administrative suspension of their activity for a period of up to ninety days.
