Krasnodar, 20 October. All discovered objects undergo court proceedings. As a result, 20 violations of construction in the forest fund have already been eliminated in Kuban, 71 objects, including 17 capital buildings, have been dismantled. Currently, 31 cases are in court.
The work is also being carried out within the framework of interdepartmental working groups to analyze compliance with urban planning and land legislation.
- As a result of their activities since August, about 4.5 thousand land plots have been identified in three municipalities in settlements with intersections with the forest fund lands. Justifications are inappropriate here. All violations will be eliminated in accordance with the current legislation in the shortest possible time, - emphasized Vice-Governor Sergey Boldin.
